Frequently asked questions
- How much does a private tour cost?
- It depends on the city, the duration and the size of the group. We send you a fixed quote for the whole group before anything is confirmed; requesting it costs nothing.
- For how many people?
- From two people up to large groups. For big groups we arrange several guides in parallel so everyone can hear properly.
- In which languages?
- English and Spanish in Madrid, Barcelona and Seville. Other languages depend on guide availability on your date; mention it when you request a quote.
- Can I change the date or cancel?
- Change and cancellation terms are set out in writing in the proposal, before you confirm. If your plans change, write to us as soon as possible and we will look for an alternative.
